May 2010
Greengait are requested by Sidey Ltd in conjunction with Dundee City Council to clean homes which have benefited from replacement kitchens and bathrooms in the Dundee area.
Greengait have been invited back by Hadden Construction to clean Phase 3 of their development at Kintillo Road, Bridge Of Earn, for 3 and 4 bedroom Homes.
Greengait are delighted to have been confirmed as Corporate Members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS).
Greengait are delighted to announce that they are now Registered as a Green Achiever, we shall continue to work towards mainting our "Green" standards.

Greengait are requested by Strathmore Estates on behalf of Lord Glamis, Earl of Strathmore, to assist in the cleaning of apartments at Glamis Castle. A very prestigious appointment which we are delighted to have been a part of.

Greengait have secured the cleaning of two more Aberdeen Schools as part of the 3 Rs project on behalf of NYOP (Education) Aberdeen Ltd. This will create 8 further posts for both day and night shift cleaners.
Perth and Kinross Council have for the third year running requested that Greengait provide the cleaning services for their Holiday Park in Aberfeldy.
February 2010
Greengait are invited back to Moness Country Club, Aberfeldy for a third successive year with an increase to the amount of properties to maintain. This means an additional 8 part time posts will be created. .

PIHL (UK )Ltd approach Greengait and contracts are exchanged to clean Phase II of the Cults Academy community campus including the cleaning of a 25 meter pool. .
November 2009
Greengait are approached by Operon Ltd (Aberdeen), The 3Rs project for schools to provide 6 Cleaners for the newly cleaned and completed Bucksburn Academy, Aberdeen. We are now providing this service on an ongoing basis with all our cleaners being Enhanced Disclosure Checked to enable them to carry out their cleaning duties within the school. Confirmation from Servite Housing Association to undertake the window cleaning of Servite Housing Schemes in Aberfeldy and Errol on a monthly basis.

Called upon by Robertson Construction to build clean the new gymnasium and plant rooms at St Andrews Primary School in Dundee.
August 2009
Greengait are granted two sites in Aberfeldy and Pitlochry by Servite Housing Association to maintain the communal cleaning.
July 2009
Greengait successfully contracted by PIHL (UK) Ltd in conjunction with Aberdeen City Councils 3Rs project for new schools in Aberdeen. First school of Airyhall Primary School to be completed late July 2009 for the new term.
Servite Housing Association have confirmed our contract to undertake all void cleans in the Perthshire area.

Greengait have been accepted onto Servite Housing Association approved contractors list and will now maintain communal cleans on various sites throughout Tayside and Perthshire.
Blair Atholl Estates invite Greengait back for the 2nd year to maintain Cornvalloch House for this years judges of the Blair Horse Trials.

It's been a busy week for Greengait, even with the run up to Christmas, On Tuesday 16th December we teamed up with none other than one of Perthshire's
established businesses Sidey Ltd. Sidey have for some time now been working in partnership with Perth and Kinross council in the
upgrading of kitchens in all council owned properties within the county. Now Greengait will undertake the cleaning of 45 kitchens per week.
Greengait have successfully won a contract with Robertson Construction to build/sparkle clean the new Fintry Primary School in Dundee, starting
around Early March. We are delighted to have secured this contract against some serious competition.
