Greengait provide cleaning services for Housing Associations and Management/Letting Agents in Perthshire, the East of Scotland and Aberdeen.  This can be communal cleaning, Stairwell Cleaning, House Clearances, Bin Store Cleans, WIndow Cleans and General Ground Maintenance.

Greengait have experience in the cleaning of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Educational Properties.

We can provide a bespoke, client specified service which can include:

• dry dusting banisters and railings
• washing walls
• vacuuming communal carpets
• polishing of Brass

or for a more specialised clean we can offer

• Machine scrubbing of stone/tiled floors (including external steps to buildings)
• powerwashing (patios/tiled roofs/roans/driveways)
• Deep cleaning of carpets
• Stripping and resealing vinyl floor coverings

We recommend a deep clean on a regular basis (3/6 months) to supplement a regular routine clean.
