About Greengait Cleaning Services

Greengait Cleaning Services Ltd, a family run firm was founded in 2006 by James and Ashley Hunter.

Already involved with property development and lettings they soon realised that the standards they expected from cleaning companies were not being met. It was at this point that we decided to set up a company offering a high quality and environmentally friendly cleaning service.

Starting initially with small domestic and end of tenancy cleans. Over the past four years the company has developed rapidly, with very little in the way of advertising, only word of mouth.

With effect from January 2010, Greengait began trading as a Limited Company.

We now work in partnership with a number of large construction companies, retailers and local authorities, whilst still maintaining our contracts with our very first customers. No matter how big or small the clean each and every one shall be dealt with professionally and to the highest of standards.

Greengait Cleaning Services Ltd is a member of Perth & Kinross Council's Better Business Partnership, The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) and of the Federation of Small Businesses.
